About Me

Nikki: I love to cook. As much as I love to eat, read cookbooks, go food shopping, host dinners for dear friends,experiment with new recipes and of course talk about food.Ask my co-workers,all we talk about in the lunch table is food(80% of the time),I’m not a professional chef by trade.My day job revolve around software developments and analysing business at large.Titilating-tastebuds(spelled incorrectly,coz I couldn't find the portal with correct spelling), so the correct spelling is "Titillating tastebuds" was launched in early 2010 and is my way of my passions for food, the name is so because Titillate means tickle and Taste buds contain the receptors for taste, therefore anything that can tickle my taste buds will have a place in my blog.And the entries are always invariably passed through scrutinization of my better half, Shaan.He is my best and worst critic.Best because he has knowledge about ingredients and gives his feedback on some of the alternative he would like to try.It is comforting to have him around after I finish anything experimental:),Worst is because ,he is brutally honest if he doesn't like and I'm in peace with his critics. I’d love to see you around.
